This week was pretty good! Honestly it went by so fast that I´m having a bit of a hard time remembering what happened during it. Haha but it went pretty well!
The biggest miracle of the week was finding a couple named Wilmer and Yaquelin. They´re so great! They went to a mission activity we had a little while ago, and they also came to church last Sunday. Most of Wilmer´s family is member, and apparently he almost got baptized a while back, but we´re not really sure why he didn´t. We went to visit them this week and we taught them The Restoration. They understood super well, and they agreed to read the Book of Mormon, pray, and if they received an answer, be baptized on August 19th!
They didn´t go to church yesterday, so we thought it was going to be a bit tough for them to be sure about their decision to be baptized. But we visited them yesterday and had an AWESOME lesson with them. The Spirit was super strong, and I felt like the Spirit was just telling us exactly what to say in every moment. Long story short, they are going to get married this Sunday and baptized next Saturday. WOOHOO! They´re so awesome, and we´re so excited to see them take this step!
Lucrecia and Cecilia are doing alright. They´ve had family over and been traveling a bit, so we haven´t been able to visit them in a few days. They didn´t go to church yesterday, and then Cecilia randomly told us over the phone that she decided she doesn´t want to be baptized anymore...we´re not really sure what happened there. But we´re going to visit them tonight and see what happens! If all goes well, Lucrecia should be baptized this week!
