A White Christmas

Hi everyone!

This week has been alright! Not too much to report on, but it´s been good!

First off, we have a new companion! We are currently in a trio. Elder Nash is with us because he´s having some major knee problems and he can barely walk. So he is working in the office with us for a bit while he hopefully recovers, and when we leave the office we get to use the car for everything we do! So that´s nice. He only has about two weeks in the field, so we´re continuing his training as well. He will only be with us for a week or so, and if he´s better, he will go back into the field, but if not, he will have to go home and get the treatment he needs. So keep him in your prayers!

We also got to Christmas caroling yesterday! That was a lot of fun.

Cristian is already for his baptism this Saturday! He´s super awesome. He reads the Book of Mormon regularly, and he understands everything we teach him super well. I´m so excited for him! So even though there´s no snow here, it looks like we´re going to have a white Christmas anyway! ;)

That´s all for this week! I love you all!

-Elder Thomas

PS...from mom...Apparently there was a little more to the caroling than Dylan related. Here's Elder Lee's (Dylan's comp) version of the story:
We had our Christmas Zone meeting with President this last week. It was really cool and for this meeting each Zone had to have an act. Out of the 3 zones that went to the meeting President said our Zone had the best act. We did the 12 days of Christmas. My companion Elder Thomas really likes singing so we had him singing with people in the zone doing funny things in the background. One funny thing was the first day of the Christmas we had a jumbo Coca-Cola (3 liters). So every time my comp sang that part we had an Elder come out with the jumbo Coke and take a sip of it. By the time we ended the 12 days of Christmas he had drank about 2 liters of it... haha He looked pretty sick after that, but a sacrifice well worth it nonetheless.
